Here's a quick guide to using the new Point-of-Sale checkout system.
Basic Operations
- Adding Items: Simply click on a product from the list on the left to add it to the shopping cart.
- Managing the Cart: You can change the quantity of any item directly in the cart or remove items by clicking the red '×' button.
- Customer Info: You must enter the customer's full name and a valid email address. For returning customers, start typing their name or email to see a list of suggestions. Selecting one will fill out their details automatically.
Raffle Ticket Purchases
Please inform customers that they will not receive a physical ticket or number. Their entry is recorded digitally with the name and email they provide. The drawing will be held at the end of the event. Winners will be announced, and if they have already left, we will contact them via email to arrange prize delivery.
Roc Star Subscriptions
Handling Roc Star sign-ups has a few special rules. Remember, these are recurring subscriptions that bill the customer automatically.

Easy to Spot: Roc Star subscription products (for monthly or annual recurring billing) have a special dark green background.

Card Payment Required: All recurring Roc Star subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. When a subscription is in the cart, the "Cash" payment option will be disabled automatically.

One Subscription Per Order: To keep things simple, only one Roc Star subscription can be purchased in a single order. The system will prevent you from adding more than one.
What the Customer Will See: A Roc Star-only sign-up saves the customer's card at the reader and starts the recurring subscription. If the customer also buys raffle tickets or other one-time items, they may see two Stripe transactions: one terminal charge for the one-time items and a separate recurring subscription charge for Roc Star.
